Our Story

While recuperating from an illness in 2014, Michael rediscovered his love of baking. A Rachael Ray episode ignited a burning desire to make cheesecake. Michael gathered the ingredients and made his first strawberry cheesecake. His wife, Nicole, was the very first taste tester. She gave it an enthusiastic seal of approval. Over the following weeks and months, Michael researched and experimented to hone his skills and perfect his cheesecake. After several rounds of experimentation, feedback from cheesecake lovers, and six years of practice, Michael and Nicole’s labor of love blossomed into a family owned business.  “Sweet Mainor” was born in December 2019. Sweet Mainor is committed to delivering love at first bite.

Sweet Mainor thoughtfully and carefully creates specialty cheesecakes in a variety of flavors with our customers’ taste buds in mind.

Sweet Mainor specialty desserts are purchased nationwide with a strong customer base. Even prior to pandemic related safety concerns, Sweet Mainor took great care to process orders in a touch free, sterile environment, maintaining integrity and quality of the products.
